Lance Meilech CPA, Managing Director
Lance Meilech has a Masters Degree in Finance as well as a Masters Degree in Taxation; expertise in IRS audits; business consulting and forensic accounting.
Beginning in 2000, Lance has grown his practice to 7 tax professionals with a reputation for high quality tax consulting and compliance. Lance has achieved the level of 5th ranked chessplayer in the nation. Lance is a keen tennis player and plays USPA
tournaments. Lance has 3 kids.
Dan Cortes CPA, Senior Tax Manager
Dan has over 20 years experience in tax, including working as Senior Tax Manager for a big 4 international accounting firm. Also, he has been employed as a CFO.
Dan graduated from Arizona State University and he has a special interest in large and medium size entities, and international tax.
Dan has four kids and is very active in the scouts.
Jared Van Arsdale, CPA, Accounting and Bookkeeping Manager
Jared has a Masters Degree in Business and Bachelors in Accounting.
His expertise is in business accounting and taxation for small business, as well as payroll and sales tax compliance/preparation. Jared also enjoys spending time with his family as well as his music collection.
